Goodbye Korea

Today was my last day of school. I can't believe it. I've been in Korea for one year. I fly home tomorrow. Tomorrow I will get to hug my friends and family and love on my dogs. Tomorrow I get to have REAL Tex-Mex. Tomorrow I step back onto American soil.

There have been really challenging days at my school this year. And there have been great days.

Today was a great day.

My co-teacher and some of my students surprised with with a going away party. It was so sweet. And I got a book of homemade letters and cards from my students.

And yes, I can eat that cake with chopsticks!

She always tells me, "Angela, I love you."

After the party, my co-teacher asked me to come down to the teacher's office where they were having a little ceremony for me. I had to say a speech...yes, the tears came. And they presented me with a nice certificate and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I couldn't believe it.

The next time I post on my blog I will be in America!!!!!!
